I didn't receive my ID and temporary password after registering.
On successful registration, an email containing your Member/Participant ID and a temporary password is sent to the email address that you entered during registration. However, after registering you need not wait for this email before accessing the members-only section. For your convenience HCS logged you in automatically when you registered. So, unless you closed your browser, you can access the members-only section immediately. You will need your ID and password to enter subsequently.

If you didn't receive your initial email in the first few hours of registering,
1. most probably the email sent by HCS to your address was delayed due to heavy network traffic. Please give it a few hours before you take further action.
2. you had not entered your email address correctly while registering. Send an email to techSupport@higherconsciousnesssociety.org mentioning the name, date & time you registered and your mailing address for verification purposes. HCS tech support will rectify the records and reply to that email as soon as possible.
PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER AGAIN while waiting for response from HCS.

I don't remember my password.
You can automatically retrieve your forgotten password. Submit your Member/Participant ID here. You will receive your current password by email.

I don't remember my Member/Participant ID.
Send an email to techSupport@higherconsciousnesssociety.org requesting your Member/Participant ID. Please provide your mailing address for verification purposes. HCS tech support will send your ID by email as soon as possible.

I don't remember the email address I provided while registering.
HCS Tech support can send your member/participant ID or password only to the email address you provided while registering. Unless you provide your member/participant ID and your correct password the current email address on record can NOT be changed. Send an email to techSupport@higherconsciousnesssociety.org with your request. HCS tech support will respond by email as soon as possible.

I cannot log in. I get the 'Incorrect Login name or Password error'.
To remember: The member/participant ID has 7 characters - an alphabet, the symbol "-" and five digits. It has no space in between them. The temporary password HCS initially sends you has 6 characters. Password can only have alphabets and digits - no special symbols or space. Remember, "l, 1, I", "O, 0" almost look alike, but are different.

To do: On the login form clear the form by clicking on the Clear button. Enter the ID and password carefully. To avoid errors HCS advises you to copy & paste the ID and password from the emails HCS sent you, instead of typing them. Then click on the Login button.

Please mention the browser type (Internet Explorer/ Netscape Navigator/ AOL/ Mozilla/ Firefox/ Other), version and operating system (Windows/ Mac OS/ OS X/ Linux/ Other) you are using. HCS tech support will be glad to help you.

We are moving. What to do?
We will be mailing our newsletters to your address by USPS, unless you don't want to receive them. Please notify HCS of your current address and your preferences by emailing techSupport@higherconsciousnesssociety.org.  Please be assured that your information is NOT shared with anybody.

My problem has not been answered here.
Please report the problem by emailing techSupport@higherconsciousnesssociety.org with as much details as possible. HCS tech support will be glad to address the problem at the earliest.
